What you can expect from Benchmark Construction Company is that we will spend a lot of time together before the first excavation begins to select everything for your new home. This includes doors, windows, hardware, fixtures, cabinets, flooring, railings and all the trim pieces.
You will select exterior materials and even the roofing. That way when we begin building everything is ordered and scheduled for the right delivery time for when it will be needed at the site. Our process takes everything one step at a time so there is no feeling overwhelmed by trying to decide anything out of order or in a way that hops around the house so that you have trouble visualizing the result.
If you are working with an architect or decorator, you will want to include them in the process at each step.
During the building process we will keep in touch to provide you with the ability to plan accurately. Each day, we will load progress photos so that you can see what happened on site during each day of the building process without a trip to the site. This also allows you to notify us of any design change as you see your home come together and it will help us let you know quickly how any changes will impact your project financially or in time delays.
We will also keep you updated on financial documents to help you stay on top of payment schedules and costs that may be coming due.
