Benchmark Construction Company LLC is licensed and insured in Georgia as a general contractor. That means that we manage and build your project from beginning to end and from the site excavation to the design of the driveway, parking, sidewalks and landscaping and from the foundation to the roof.
Our construction manager, Chris Queen, has many years of experience in building. Chris is happy to provide references from other clients for the quality of Benchmark’s work.
Benchmark works with homeowners and property owners in the design phase of your planning process to help you identify areas of cost-savings and to help assure that your design elements and products are available and appropriately accounted for in your budget.
It is our job to make sure that subcontractors are scheduled at the right times and that they show up on time, have the building products on the site that they need to work with and the proper licenses and inspections completed to be cleared to do the work they were hired to complete.

Benchmark Log Homes helps you translate the vision of a perfect home into the plan to build it and offers you the practical help you need. We offer custom-manufactured materials for log, timber frame and hybrid construction, including structural insulated panels.

As an Independent Dealer, Benchmark Log Homes LLC navigates each homeowner though the process of designing a log or timber home and serving as liaison with our manufacturer, Honest Abe Log Homes, throughout the manufacturing process.
Honest Abe Log Homes began in 1979 and is still owned and operated by the family of its founder.
Honest Abe’s kiln-dried, Eastern white pine and Douglas fir log and timber packages are manufactured in Moss, Tennessee, upon order. The packages are delivered to the building location, and that’s when construction begins.
Benchmark Construction, can build the log or timber home, giving customers the option of a turn-key project.
