Creating a dock-like feel along the river for this commercial retail shopping and restaurant area enabled Benchmark Construction Company, LLC, to develop a trendy feel with beautiful interiors and a walkable district for this community mall. Traditional mall interior shop access was blended with unique exterior entrances for shoppers and diners.
